Common questions
How do I delete my account and all my data?
Email jacksonjezio@gmail.com with the subject 'delete my account.' We delete your profile, twin, conversations, and pending invites within 30 days, and confirm by email when it's done. You can also delete individual twin profile fields from /onboarding directly.
Where does my data go when I use the platform?
Full breakdown is on the Privacy Policy. Short version: Supabase (database), Anthropic Claude (message generation), Apify / ScrapingDog / Exa (public profile scraping when you invite someone), Resend (email), Microsoft Clarity (anonymized analytics).
Why isn't my magic-link email arriving?
Check spam — magic links from new senders often land there on first contact. If it still hasn't arrived after 5 minutes, email us and we'll sign you in manually.
My twin said something wrong / inaccurate / out of voice — what now?
Edit any message before it sends. Click the bubble (or double-click on desktop, long-press on mobile) → edit. The edit becomes a training signal for your twin going forward.
Can I export my twin profile?
Yes. Email jacksonjezio@gmail.com with 'export my data' in the subject. We'll send a JSON dump of your profile, twin, conversations, and invites within 7 days.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Anthropic does not train on Claude API data per their published policy. We do not provide your data to any other model trainer.
